Bill Clinton had a plan to combat al-Qaeda after his missile attack. The Pentagon told him to f@!$ off.
Reading the story, it was kind of a goofy plan. However, as opposed to the constant spin from the chickenhawk wing who constantly try to determine what "is" is, he did have a plan.
