New yummy blog for your reading pleasure Beyond the Wasteland found something about North Korea's nuclear ambitions that even Josh Marshall, who's been more thorough about the Korea issue than, oh, anyone, may not have known. Apparently, all of Korea's plutonium production had ended in 1991. I'll leave it to the reader to determine who was not President then. I'll then leave it to the reader to determine why said President is being blamed in the media for North Korea's plutonium proliferation if he wasn't president when plutonium was being produced.
