A real qualification for a federal judge is to be, well, fair and balanced. It would appear that federal District Court Judge Denny Chin fits that qualification.
Naturally, the snivelling ninnies at FoxNews are snivelling about it.
About Denny Chin... Clinton appointee to Southern District of New York,3 of his cases became Law & Order plotlines, was asked about connections to Clinton fundraiser John Huang simply because Chin is Asian (Klayman admitted it in open court.).
