Two things
First of all, Limbaugh seems to have gained his weight back.
Secondly, he thinks that math is for liberals, which is why he doesn't do simple arithmetic...
Now then, let's calculate that for every 100,000 in the involved population, like normal (not conservative) statisticians do.

Falling down: 15
Poisoning: 9
Drowning: 4
Killed in Iraq: 1533
